Before making changes to the landscaping or exterior of your home please review the ACC Policies and Fee Schedule. To submit an ACC Request for changes to the exterior of your property, please complete an ACC Application form.

1. Plat - showing the location and size of your proposed project. 

2. Materials - with JPG examples if possible. 

3. Color - Please provide the exact brand and color name being utilized for your project. 

4. Any other pertinent information that clearly depicts the completed project. 

 

The covenants for Elm Creek are very specific in their requirements for exterior property changes. There are 15 Units in Elm Creek, each with its own distinct covenants which are given to every homeowner at the time of property settlement. All covenants are available to view or download on the Governing Documents page.
